We are easy to locate just minutes off of the Washington Capital Beltway (495).
Take Exit 31 Georgia Ave (97 South) towards downtown Silver Spring/DC.
Pass Seminary Place (1st traffic light) and make a right onto Seminary
Road (2nd traffic light before Exxon gas station).
Once you are on Seminary Rd, pass one traffic light (2nd Ave) and at
the split with Brookville and Linden Lane stay straight
onto Linden Lane. Go 3/10 mile on Linden Lane and we
are located on the right
side at the Service Technical Park our warehouse is located on the loading
dock side of the building.
From the District, take 16th Street toward Maryland and
after passing East West
Hwy (410) make to a left onto 2nd Ave. Proceed on 2nd Ave until
you make a left
turn at the 1st traffic light (Seminary Rd). Immediately at the
split with Brookville
and Linden Lane stay straight onto Linden Lane. Go 3/10 mile
on Linden Lane
and we are located on the right side at the Service Technical Park our
warehouse is located on the loading dock side of the building.
